To whom it may concern: I have been given a great honor and privilege to write a letter of reference to testify of the credibility of "RushingWind Ministries" and "Warriors on the Web". I got personally involved with these two ministries about six months ago, when the Lord led me to sign up and become an Intercessor with them. Through these past six months, I have prayed with them, talked with them and read their material, which is based on scripture. I have found that when I have a question about something they are doing, they are quick to explain and back up their explanation with scripture. This is important to me, as I am a minister and have been one for over 10 years.
As far as I am concerned if you are doing something that cannot be based on scripture, you are standing on very shaky ground. I have read testimonies of people being delivered, healed and set free financially, because of these loving "warriors" that assemble together in prayer over the needs of others.
I have read of broken homes restored and long lost family members coming home. I know in my own life, I have experienced many financial miracles because I sent in a prayer request in a time of need. God is hearing and answering the prayers lifted up through this organization. I believe with all of my heart that these people are truly after God's heart and they only want, what God wants for them. We have attended church with Shane and his wife. We feel that that they are called of God to minister in a much needed field that has been neglected for a long time, a place where many are afraid to go. God has given them the heart and courage to work with the demon possessed, which brings forth fruit. I have personally seen miracles in their own lives which comes about only by faith in the one and only living God. It is not their works, but their faith in God that brings results. Any time I need prayer I can count on them to be faithful and pray as they say they will.

When I signed on to Warriors on the Web, I came with one goal, to serve the Lord through prayer on this board.I did not then nor do I now expect anything from you, except knowledge about emergencies for prayer etc. Now my blessing is this. I get wonderful news letters from Shane about the Word of God. I have gained several friends by being a part of this ring I have enjoyed and been grateful to have a place to go to where not only I could pray for someone else, but I could request prayer, if I needed it or knew of a need. That is a blessing. Being in ministry myself, it is hard to find people you can trust, that will pray with you and keep your confidence. I believe I have found that here. Thank you so much. I am here to serve and I plan to continue for as long as the Lord wants me too. Be blessed. You are loved by this soldier very much.

1.)My expectations are simple. Our prayers have already been answered. (Isaiah 65:24). I just expect us to be in agreement in order to bring it to pass.
2.)I always say to people, "if I don't know the answer to your question, I know someone who does!!!"
3.)As far as meeting someone's needs, they have already been met. We simply need to receive them with thanksgiving.

I came across your website late 1999 at a time when I was feeling depressed and had various problems and pressures around me.
Shane encouraged me, guided me through steps to deliverance, and helped me get set free, and I am greatly indebted to both of you.
As a regular visitor to the prayer board I was invited in September 2000 to join the small management team running the websites and supporting the ministry.
Through my involvement with the Warriors of the Web / Demon Stompers, and now Rushing Wind Ministries, I can testify that Shane and his wife have helped me personally in my faith and spiritual awareness, and enthusiasm for Jesus. They have also ministered to a great number of people visiting the ministry for prayer and guidance.
I have seen that God is at work through this ministry,
and I give Him the praise and glory. I can assure
pastor M that this ministry is Christ-centred,
Bible-based, and doing the work of God.
